A Way Home and Bridges to Housing are 3Keys scattered site housing programs that provide 27 units of permanent supportive housing to individuals who have experienced homelessness in Atlanta. Geared towards a higher level of independence, our residents enjoy community activities, onsite supportive services and participating in day programs. Each resident has access to onsite services including case management and connection to community resources. All referrals for these units come from the Atlanta Coordinated Entry System.

O’Hern House
O’Hern House is located in the historic Auburn Avenue district of Atlanta. Opened in 1993, this renovate historic building houses 76 individuals in units that are furnished with private baths. In 2022, the property received $4.9M in ARPA funds from the State of Georgia to complete a renovation on the building. Units will receive a refresh and all common areas, including the commercial kitchen that provides meals to residents, will have a renovation as well. Geared towards a higher level of independence, our residents enjoy community activities, onsite supportive services and participating in day programs. Each resident has access to onsite services including case management and connection to community resources.

Phoenix House
The flagship property for 3Keys, Phoenix House underwent a $10.5M revitalization in 2016, which include demolition of the original units and construction of 69 efficiency units, with energy efficient HVAC systems, windows and appliances. Two new pavilions were built, with the addition of picnic tables and park benches allowing for community gatherings.
The units at Phoenix House come furnished for residents at move in. Geared towards a higher level of independence, our residents enjoy community activities, onsite supportive services and participating in day programs. Each resident has access to onsite services including case management and connection to community resources.

Presley Woods
Located in DeKalb County’s historic Kirkwood neighborhood, Presley Woods provides permanent supportive housing for 40 individuals. The property began serving residents in 1996, with a moderate rehab in 2013. Units at Presley Woods are energy efficient and come furnished for residents at move in. Geared towards a higher level of independence, our residents enjoy community activities, onsite supportive services and participating in day programs. Each resident has access to onsite services including case management and connection to community resources.

Rosalynn Apartments
Named for a founding mother and our honorary chair, Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter, Rosalynn Apartments are located in Chamblee, close to Peachtree DeKalb Airport. Buit in 2000 with a substantial remodel completed in 2019, this property features 56 units of permanent supportive housing. Units at Rosalynn are energy efficient and come furnished for residents at move in. Geared towards a higher level of independence, our residents enjoy community activities, onsite supportive services and participating in day programs. Each resident has access to onsite services including case management and connection to community resources.

Welcome House
Welcome House is a 209-unit development located in downtown Atlanta. Welcome House offers an opportunity for residents to have safe housing while being provided wrap around services should they choose to engage. 3Keys manages the supportive services provided onsite. The safety net of services provided to our residents can mean a lifestyle of independence instead of a return to homelessness.
