3Keys exists for a single purpose: to end chronic homelessness.

The individuals served in our programs are adults over the age of 18, from diverse races, ethnicities, and genders. Many face dual diagnoses of mental illness and substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and/or HIV/AIDS. Our residents, many of whom start out with little to no income, come from hospitals, behavioral health institutions, emergency shelters, correctional facilities, the streets, or other locations not equipped for habitation.

If you are experiencing homelessness and need assistance, the first step is to register with the Coordinated Entry System in the area you have lived or are currently living. The systems typically have several access points. You can find them via phone or website.

Access to Coordinated Entry by Phone

Dial 211 on your phone to speak with a live representative from the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta. They can help you find the most convenient place to register in the system.

Outside of metro Atlanta, the State’s Toll-Free Hotline is 1-844-249-8367.

Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS): Dial 711

Georgia Crisis & Access Line (GCAL): 1-800 715-4225
